Why should you use the eThemisID application?

Citizens of EU can use their national electronic ID in order to lodge procedural documents in cases where it is provided by law that it is not necessary to obtain the services of a lawyer before the ordinary administrative courts and to submit applications concerning the issue of certificates. They can also monitor the course of their cases and of their applications.

Requirements for application submission

  • European citizen must be able to authenticate him/herself against an identity provider which is a part of an e-identification schema notified under EIDAS and provides high level of assurance (LoA) in terms of establishing or asserting the identity of a person.

Requirements for lodging procedural document

  • European citizen must be able to authenticate him/herself against an identity provider which is a part of an e-identification schema notified under EIDAS and provides high level of assurance (LoA) in terms of establishing or asserting the identity of a person.
  • European citizen must possess a valid qualified digital certificate for signature which is placed in Q SCD and issued by an eIDAS certified Qualified Trust Service Provider.
